Three teenagers arrested with female head for rituals in Ogun

These three boys of 17, 19 and 20 years old were caught in Abeokuta around 3am this morning while they were burning a fresh human head (female) in a local pot in an uncompleted building for Rituals. The victim was identified as one Rofiat, a girlfriend of one of them. Parents/Religious & Community leaders/ Schools/Govt./ Traditional worshipers, how did we get here? At 17... Who is the beast that told these boys to do this to be rich? Imagine how they would have painted the town red if they had succeeded? Viewers discretion
