Stepsons demolish home of 98 year old widow

Madam Veronica Nwafor’s home was broken down to building blocks by her stepsons and accomplices, and she was rendered homeless overnight by her stepsons and their accomplices in Imeohia, Ururo, Umunze, Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra state. The demolished by her family members (stepsons and accomplices) refuse her right to own anything left behind by late husband because her only son is dead. So many NGO's and well meaning Nigerians has come to the aide of Madam Veronica. Anambra state Commissioner for social welfare, Children and Women Affairs, Lady Ndidi Mezue has also visited Madam Veronica to console her on the wicked act by her stepsons.... In an interview, the Commissioner, Lady Mezue, described the incident as barbaric, but pledged that Anambra state government has already taken over the case, and would give thorough justice to it.

The Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Benjamin Hundeyin has said it is surprising how many Nigerians are willing and ready to join the Police. Hundeyin also revealed that many people have called and sent messages, asking when the Nigeria Police form would be out. The statement was contained in a post via his verified Twitter handle. He said he had thought everyone hated the Nigeria Police. He wrote, “Shey una dey whine me ni? “Everyday, I receive calls and messages asking, ‘When will the Nigeria Police form be out?
