Insecurity: Spend Weekend In Bama, I Will Pay You $50, Omokri Challenges Garba Shehu

Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has challenged, Garba Shehu, the media aide to President Muhammadu Buhari, to spend a weekend in Bama, in Borno State alone, without any form of protection or security aides and get the sum of $50. Omokri’s challenge came after Garba Shehu claimed that the regime of his principal deserves credit for its handling of insecurity in the country. In response, Omokri tweeted, “Yesterday, Garba Shehu renewed his claim that “Buhari deserves credit for tackling insecurity”. I renew my challenge to Garba. Spend a weekend alone, without security, in Bama. I will pay him $50."

The Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Benjamin Hundeyin has said it is surprising how many Nigerians are willing and ready to join the Police. Hundeyin also revealed that many people have called and sent messages, asking when the Nigeria Police form would be out. The statement was contained in a post via his verified Twitter handle.
