This afternoon, wife of the President, Hajia Aisha Buhari received Dr. Teresa Isichei Pounds, President of the Nigerian Association of Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Scientists in America. Hajia Buhari said she's happy that Nigerian professionals are connecting back home to contribute to national development. The group plan to intervene in the area of girl-child education in Nigeria.

The Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Benjamin Hundeyin has said it is surprising how many Nigerians are willing and ready to join the Police. Hundeyin also revealed that many people have called and sent messages, asking when the Nigeria Police form would be out. The statement was contained in a post via his verified Twitter handle. He said he had thought everyone hated the Nigeria Police. He wrote, “Shey una dey whine me ni? “Everyday, I receive calls and messages asking, ‘When will the Nigeria Police form be out? I’m interested in joining the police.’ And here I was thinking everyone hated @PoliceNG Shout out to all our supporters'.
