RAMADAN DAY 1 - Who Shouldn't 'Fast' During Ramadan?
Ramadan Kareem to all our Muslim brothers and sisters around the world. Its Ramadan 1438. May Allah count us worthy and accept all our supplications as an act of Ibadah.
As we all know, every Muslim adult are eligible to Fast during Ramadan but certain people are excluded because Islam is a religion of peace and want us to be comfortable.
*THE OLD ONES
The old ones are excluded to Fast during Ramadan, because of their age.

*PREGNANT & NURSING MOTHERS
Women who are breast feeding and pregnant are
exempt from Ramadan except those who are sure there health can condition is
stable.
*PEOPLE TRAVELLING ON LONG DISTANCE
In the olden days, people travelling on long
distance via camel & horse, even in this century that you can travel in comfort by
Bus, Air or boat, but still, if you are not comfortable travelling or your health condition requires you to leave fasting, you
can leave fasting.
*HEALTH RELATED ISSUES
This days, there are so many health related
issues; Ulcer, Low BP, High BP etc, whatever your health reasons, if you know
you cannot continue with Fasting based on Health related issues, please do
leave it for now.
For those of us whom Allah has given d privilege
of sound Health , May he accept our Fasting as an act of Ibadah & for dose
who have one reason or another to stay away from Ramadan Fasting, 'Inah
la'Gafur Raheem' may Allah forgive us all. Amen
