Yoruba actor Mufutau Sanni, a.k.a. ‘Ajigijaga’ is dead

Yoruba actor Mufutau Sanni, a.k.a. ‘Ajigijaga’ is dead. The news of his death was made public by the president of The Golden Movie Ambassadors of Nigeria, Saidi Balogun early this morning.

Ajigijaga got married to 26 year old Taiwo Hassan in November 24, 2012. Although he has grown up children from another woman. 

The actor made wave in the early 90’s in many Yoruba movies. He was famous for his ‘criminal’ roles. He died at the age of 60.

The Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Benjamin Hundeyin has said it is surprising how many Nigerians are willing and ready to join the Police. Hundeyin also revealed that many people have called and sent messages, asking when the Nigeria Police form would be out. The statement was contained in a post via his verified Twitter handle. He said he had thought everyone hated the Nigeria Police. He wrote, “Shey una dey whine me ni? “Everyday, I receive calls and messages asking, ‘When will the Nigeria Police form be out? I’m interested in joining the police.’ And here I was thinking everyone hated @PoliceNG Shout out to all our supporters'.
