Today May 28th, outgoing President Jonathan officially handed over a comprehensive report of his administration to the incoming president, Muhammadu Buhari. He also took him on a tour of Aso Villa.

Muhammadu Buhari arrives Abuja Airport today after a 6 days visit to the UK, ahead of tomorrow's's inauguration.

The Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Benjamin Hundeyin has said it is surprising how many Nigerians are willing and ready to join the Police. Hundeyin also revealed that many people have called and sent messages, asking when the Nigeria Police form would be out. The statement was contained in a post via his verified Twitter handle. He said he had thought everyone hated the Nigeria Police. He wrote, “Shey una dey whine me ni? “Everyday, I receive calls and messages asking, ‘When will the Nigeria Police form be out? I’m interested in joining the police.’ And here I was thinking everyone hated @PoliceNG Shout out to all our supporters'.
