He's the son of veteran actor Pete Edochie, Yul, a graduate of Theatre Arts from the University of Port Harcourt said that getting married at an early age of 22 was his greatest life decision.
He recently told his Instagram followers that he didn't have any Facebook account, and stress that any Facebook page in his name is from fraudsters, and warn them to be careful of such fake account.

The Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Benjamin Hundeyin has said it is surprising how many Nigerians are willing and ready to join the Police. Hundeyin also revealed that many people have called and sent messages, asking when the Nigeria Police form would be out. The statement was contained in a post via his verified Twitter handle. He said he had thought everyone hated the Nigeria Police. He wrote, “Shey una dey whine me ni? “Everyday, I receive calls and messages asking, ‘When will the Nigeria Police form be out? I’m interested in joining the police.’ And here I was thinking everyone hated @PoliceNG Shout out to all our supporters'.
