Nigerian football legend Austin 'Jay Jay' Okocha, threw a lavish 40th birthday party for his wife of 16 years, Nkechi Okocha on Friday October 25th at The Civic Centre in Lagos. Maestromedia reports that Okocha gave his wife a brand new White Mercedez Benz G-Wagon SUV as a Birthday present.

Nkechi was said to have gone down on her knees to thank her husband for all his love and support in front of the party guests.

The Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Benjamin Hundeyin has said it is surprising how many Nigerians are willing and ready to join the Police. Hundeyin also revealed that many people have called and sent messages, asking when the Nigeria Police form would be out. The statement was contained in a post via his verified Twitter handle. He said he had thought everyone hated the Nigeria Police. He wrote, “Shey una dey whine me ni? “Everyday, I receive calls and messages asking, ‘When will the Nigeria Police form be out? I’m interested in joining the police.’ And here I was thinking everyone hated @PoliceNG Shout out to all our supporters'.
