The embattled former head of the Nigeria Police Force’s Intelligence Response Team, Abba Kyari; and a nightclub celebrity, Obinna Iyiegbu aka Obi Cubana, were some of the guests that attended the IGP Baba Alkali son's wedding in Borno.
