Kogi Tribunal; Dino Melaye of APC might lose Senatorial Seat to Smart Adeyemi of PDP

The Judgment says Dino Melaye should relinquish post to Smart Adeyemi of PDP.

Eye witness account of Smart Adeyemi Vs Dino Melaye over the winner of Kogi Kogi West Senatorial District said that the case has been returned to the tribunal and it was said that it should be judged on its merits.

Smart Adeyemi was quoted as saying "he is confident of winning" based on the earlier position of the tribunal and the recounting of votes!
