RAMADAN DAY 3; WHO SHOULDN'T 'FAST' DURING RAMADAN?
Assalam Alaekun, Waramotullahi Wabarakatuh, We wish all our Muslim Brothers and Sisters, Ramadan Kareem, for the 29/30 days of Ramadan, we'll be dishing out messages to keep body and soul together.
May Allah accept all our suplications as an act of Ibadah. Amin.
Every
Muslim adult are eligible to fast during Ramadan, but certain people are
excluded:
*THE OLD ONES-
The old ones are excluded to Fast during Ramadan

*PREGNANT & NURSING MOTHERS, even thou some Pregnant and Nursing Mothers do fast, if your health condition says otherwise, please, leave fasting till later.
*PEOPLE TRAVELLING ON LONG DISTANCE
In the olden days, people travelling on long distance via camel & horse are not eligible to fast, but not in this century that you can travel in comfort by Bus, Air or boat.

*HEALTH RELATED ISSUES
This days, there are so many health related issues; Ulcer, Low BP, High BP etc, whatever your health reasons, if u know u cannot continue wit Fasting based on Health related issues, please do leave it for now.

For those of us whom Allah has given d privilege of sound Health ,
May he accept our Fasting as an act of Ibadah & for those who av one reason or
another to stay away from Ramadan Fasting 'Inah la'Gafur Raheem' may Allah forgive us
all. Amen
