Jose Mourinho took a thinly-veiled swipe at Manchester City’s 'dodgy' approach to the transfer market as the January window swung shut.

Without mentioning Monday’s opponents by name, Mourinho claimed not all clubs were showing the same commitment to UEFA’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations as others.
