becoming publicised in national newspapers'.

And
in a statement acknowledging receipt of the divorce petition Liam, in his full
name of Liam John Paul Gallagher replied 'yes' to the question of whether he
admitted adultery.
He
said he did not intend to defend her petition and also agreed to pay his wife's
'reasonable costs'.
Judge
Aitken granted Nicole a decree nisi on the ground that the marriage had
irretrievably broken down because of Liam's admitted adultery. Also that she
now found it intolerable to live with him.
The
couple married at the Old Marylebone Town Hall, Westminster in February 2008
after eight years of dating.
Nicole was said to be
heartbroken when 41-year-old Liam ended their relationship last summer after
five years of marriage.
She also had to face
reports that the Beady Eye frontman had fathered a child with a US journalist
Liza Ghorbani.
Liza filed a £2million
lawsuit for child support after she claimed to have given birth to his
daughter, Gemma, in January, following an affair which is said to have begun
when she interviewed him for the New York Times in 2010.
As the story broke, Liam
went to Ibiza, where he was seen getting close to his assistant Debbie Gwyther,
31.
The pair later went public and he moved Debbie into his rented home, minutes from the £5million mansion in Hampstead, London, where Nicole still lives with their 12-year-old son Gene.
Liam also has a
14-year-old son, Lennon, with ex-wife Patsy Kensit, and a 15-year-old daughter,
Molly, with singer Lisa Moorish.
Meanwhile, Nicole is
currently planning a comeback with her band All Saints - who were together from
1993-2001.
The group – Shaznay
Lewis, Melanie Blatt and her sister Natalie are currently supporting Backstreet
Boys around the UK.
They will then join
fellow '90s bands East 17 and Let Loose on Another Time Another Place tour,
which is set kick off in Cardiff, Wales on 14 November.
