Nigerian man dies in LUTH cos staff couldn't find person with key to oxygen room; Others share similar experience

You won't believe the tweets you are about to read. Someone died this morning at the Lagos State Teaching University hospital because the hospital couldn't find their staff with the key to the oxygen control room. So pathetic. 

The story has provoked an outrage and other who have similar experience at LUTH shares disturbing stories of hospital's negligence:
