Blackout in the Northern part of Leeds, UK.

According to a Facebook user living in Leeds, UK, Favoured Major, Light went off in Northern part of Leeds in the United Kingdom. He post that emergency lamps, street light and traffic light are not working too as the only alternative light is Candle.

The light is said to be off  for over an hour before the appropriate authorities restore electricity in the area. 

That is what I called 'Good Governance'
