AZIZAT OSHOALA WINS DOUBLE AS 'YOUTH AND WOMAN' PLAYER OF THE YEAR AT GLO-CAF AWARDS
Yes! She was
outstanding with her skills and talent and deserved the awards, newly crowned African Youth Player of
the year cum African Woman Player of the Year, Asisat Lamina Oshoala ‘MON’ was born on
October 9,1994.
In her speech, Asisat said her dream is to surpass her
achievements in 2014 with the hope of becoming a better player in the future.

Oshoala beat compatriot Desire
Oparanozie and Cameroonian goalkeeper Annette Ngo Ndom to the women's top
prize as well as winning the African Youth Player of the Year at the
Glo/Caf awards ceremony held at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos last night.
She said the award meant a lot to her as
she hopes to do more in 2015 and years to come.
Asisat who plays for
Rivers Angels was the best player and highest goal scorer at the 2014 FIFA U-20
Women's World Cup.
