This woman in the picture and on the N20 note is Ladi Kwali. Nigeria's best known potter who was awarded a Doctorate and was made MBE in 1963 for the level of detail and skill she utilised while making her pots. 

Moral lesson:
Learnt to stand out in any of your chosen endeavour and you will be honoured.
