'IKOYI-OBALENDE REGISTRY' DO THE NEEDFUL
Ikoyi-Obalende Registry is at Obalende B/stop, Lagos and i saw this banner and cant stop asking myself?
I am not trying to discriminate but Why use 'oyibo' to advertise for an LCDA Registry? why use the black-hands for the ring section? Is it that, of all the Nigerians/Africans that do come in for solemnization, none allow the use of their pictures?
